Here is the game thread where the game will be played. Also you can find all roles and rules here: Roles: The Townies (Allied forces): United States - Ability: Overrule. Once during the game, the U.S. can overrule the voting that’s going on for a lynching. This ability has to be used during daytime or the nighttime prior to the daytime when the ability goes into effect. United Kingdom - Ability: Protection. The U.K. can protect itself or another player from mafia execution once. The ability has to be used during daytime or early on during nighttime. It can only be used once. Soviet Union - Ability: Investigation. The U.S.S.R. can investigate one player during nighttime. A name simply has to be PM’d to me and I’ll reveal their role. This role is only known to the Soviet Union and can’t be revealed. The ability is used only once Republic of China - Ability: nope Canada - Ability: nada Poland - Ability: nie Resistance Forces - Ability: nono The Mafia (Axis forces): Nazi-Germany - Ability: Protection. The Nazi’s can protect a fellow mafia member or themselves from being lynched during daytime. This ability has to be used during the nighttime prior to the daytime the ability has to go into effect. Japanese Empire - Ability: Investigation. The Japanese Empire can once during the game investigate another townie. This is useful because townies with abilities could be dangerous. Once the role is known the Japanese Empire may reveal it to the other mafia members but to no others. Kingdom of Italy - Ability: nah Rules: The game is played in two periods repeating. Night time and Day time. We start during day time, day time lasts 24-48 hours and night time lasts 12-24 hours. The exact time depends on preference of the host and activity of the contestants. During day time all members have to vote for a member to get lynched, at the end of day time the host looks at the vote tally and the person with most votes is eliminated from the game. Townies have to try to lynch Mafias and Mafias need to eliminate townies but have to remain undercover. Make sure to keep a tally of the vote, this makes the host's job a lot easier. If the vote is a draw, then the host decides how to break the tie. The host can give people the opportunity to switch votes or simply roll a dice online. After day time is over, night time will commence, during night time only dead players and other spectators may post. They can post their own thoughts on the game or laugh at how one team is failing miserably. During night time the mafia also have to PM the host with the name of a townie member that they want dead. A tip for the mafia is to start a skype conversation to discuss on who they want to eliminate. Only one PM representing the entire mafia is needed to eliminate a member. Day time and night time will continue until one side is completely eliminated or until the mafias outnumber the townies. (During the latter case it is impossible for the townies to win, thus the mafia win.) If you have an ability and want to use it, check this post to see when you can use it and PM the host. No one can reveal their role to anyone under any circumstance. The only exception is for mafia members is their own secluded conversations on Skype or in PMs for example. Members: 1. Tinny 2. Mitas 3. Jar-Jar Binks 4. Goddess Ultimecia 5. Daemon Keido 6. Din 7. Slick Ric 8. Nagito Komaeda 9. Kishou Arima 10. Squall Strife I wanna compete but I'm too late! PM the host and you will be noted as a reserve contestant. There are always members signing up for a mafia game but when the game starts they're inactive. Those members will be DQ'd and you can still enter. Dead townies can also get a second chance. If an active townie is eliminated early on in the game, they could return later if another contestant is alive but inactive. !!!I AM NOT THE HOST, EMMETH IS THE HOST!!! Pointless, I'm sorry. I have to be away yet again for a whole week. It looks like I won't be able to be on dbzf for consecutive weeks at all until I'm completely settled at my uni. Sorry, this all came about really unexpected for me. If a new host is willing to stand up I could sent him the assigned roles and I could post rules and you guys could start today. But a host is supposed to check in every day for a couple of weeks. I can't do that atm. EDIT: The new host could be one of our current contestants. Sorry Emmeth, I was just too late to receive your message. Anyway, right now I'm on a small weekend break at home from all of the busy sh*t at uni so I'll post the rules in this thread and PM Emmeth the roles. That means that all PM's regarding the Mafia game have to go to Emmeth and not to me. I hope people are still interested and haven't forgotten about the game. |

Do we have to lynch on day 1? Chances are with so little evidence we'll muck it up and the mafia can easily sway our vote. Before we decide who to lynch I think we should first decide if we should lynch at all. Like what would happen if we accidentally lynch the Soviet Union? Thoughts?
